I.D.S.S. will be targeting the industrial manufacturing sector with an advanced system that includes a custom optic algorithm that recognizes the placement of the Smart P.P.E on the operator in combination with the smart tag danger zone reader. The company also plans on targeting the oil and gas industry, particularly the Oil drilling rigs and Pumping rigs, with the danger zone Smart P.P.E sensor and reader system only. Due to the high demand for safety in that industry and the robust nature and a demand for a tough and durable system I.D.S.S. cannot use the optic recognition system in certain applications, such as oil rigs and mines, due to the elements. This system has many advantages for improving efficiency as well as recording data and providing a smart safety system to minimize lost time injuries the leading cost to manufactures and indutrial companies and downtown due to out dated safety systems in place.

Industry 4.0 is the next industrial revolution taking industry and manufacturing into a new generation of smart and interactive technologies and safety. The goal at I.D.S.S is “Target Zero”, no industrial accidents due to human error or danger zones encroachment. This will also allow the client to track and record data and reduce investigation time into incidences. We plan on reducing the cost of insurance for manufactures by providing a system that removes any human error and will maintain a “stop,” command if any danger is inherent.
